The class includes versatile contemporary dance exercises: technique, movement, musicality and creativity. Various preparatory exercises gear towards the necessary body control, coordination and mobility to do basic acrobatic tricks. At a suitable level, floor acrobatics such as forward rolls, cartwheels and bridges are practiced. The class is suitable for boys who have previous experience in any dance style or other sports background from, for example, football, martial arts.
Equipment:
Comfortable dance attire that covers the knees and shoulders, for example a t-shirt and sweatpants, bare feet.
